Purchased a motor on August 11, 2025. 48,000 mi., 3 yr warranty, 10-14 day delivery. (Business days). Sept.3rd, I called them, they said the truck wrecked desroying my motor and 14 others. They said they would ship me another motor, but I would have to pay $225.00?? in shipplng cost. I would have the motor in 2-3 days. I told them, I was not obligated to pay for shipping, under the warranty. Now I'm suspicious of a scam! ??They agreed to ship another motor, with free shipping but would take 14 - 16 days. I agreed to wait Sept. 3rd, still no motor. I called them back. More excuses! ??Sept. 16th, still no motor. More excuses! ??They said; I would have to pay $175.00 ?? I would have the motor in 2-3 days. Itold them you can't deliver a motor in 36 days; how are yougoing to deliver in 2-3 days. Then I told them to just refund my money; and end this business agreement. They said OK! But it will be 22 days before I would receive it. I don't think that is going to happen either. My bank ?? blocked my account to protect me from further damage. They were transferring the money globally to India. Beware all.
