The engine had gone out in our family car. We researched places to purchase said engine from and came upon power gear auto parts. We reached out for a quote and quickly recieved an email and several phone calls to initiate a sale. We were pushed and prodded to order the same day before they closed buisness. When we followed up the next day they said it would be 10-12 business days before arrival. They sent an invoice for the sale and stated it would be delivered with their own shipping company and precautions to take before accepting the engine. The week it was supposed to be delivered we reached out for tracking/shippment dectails and were told it would arrive the following week. We started calling frequently to check the status and got a run around with no answers. Once we started relentlessly calling them for answers they made up technical issues and blocked our phone numbers from calling again.
