August 5,2025 I searched the internet looking for a motor and transmission I came across Power Gear Auto Parts. At first they were helpful and communicated often via phone calls or email. I purchased the auto parts and was told the delivery date would be August 29 EOD or early morning August 30. On August 27 I received a call stating the delivery date would change because shipping forgot to put it on the truck. Shipping called and stated they would contact me September 2,2025. I tried calling them several times September 2, and I was put on hold until the phone disconnected. I tried September 3, 2025 and the recording stated "THE NUMBER YOU DIALED CANNOT BE REACHED FROM YOUR CALLING AREA". I called several more times, only to get the same message. I tried the website only to find it was taken down.
