Thank you for providing the details of your complaint.

We understand that you paid $4,100.00 for an engine represented as suitable for your 2005 Toyota Tundra, but that a different engine was delivered to your mechanic and, according to your report, is not suitable for your vehicle. You have also advised that you have been unable to reach the seller regarding a resolution.

We have opened an investigation into this transaction. As part of the process, we will contact and verify the seller's information and request documentation relating to the sale, including the engine that was advertised, the engine that was supplied, the payment and order records, and the shipping/delivery information.

We will also give the seller an opportunity to provide their explanation and supporting documentation so that the matter can be reviewed fairly from both sides.

At this stage, we have not reached a determination regarding the transaction. Once the relevant information has been verified from both parties, we will assess the matter and advise you of the appropriate next steps toward resolving the dispute.
