Was looking for a drivers door for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Searched online and the website for Power Gear Auto Parts came up. I entered the information requested and asked for a quote. “Michelle Jones” called me out a quote and then emailed me pictures of the car the door was coming from and told me that it would be shipped and I should receive the part within 2 weeks. This was August 12,2025. On August 28, I emailed Michelle and she said it would be here on September 1, 2025. On September 3, I called the original number that called me and was told that it would be delivered by 4 PM, Friday, September 5. It is now Sunday, September 7, and no part and now when you try to pull up the website, I get a message that server can’t be found.
