We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation.
To clarify, after you placed the order with us, the transmission was delivered to you. Approximately three weeks later, you contacted us regarding an issue with the unit, and we requested and received the supporting evidence and pictures from you.
After reviewing the issue, we offered to send you a replacement transmission at no additional cost so that you could receive a good, usable unit. However, you declined the replacement because the transmission had already been installed and requested that the labor costs be covered as well.
As previously explained, our warranty does not include labor or installation costs. Nevertheless, in an effort to assist you and resolve the matter in good faith, Miller Auto Parts refunded the shipping cost of $397.48 from our own funds.
We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused throughout this process. Thank you for your understanding.

Following an independent review of the information and documentation provided regarding the transaction between the customer and A2Z Used Autos / Miller Auto Parts, Auto Part Scam Tracker has reviewed the circumstances surrounding the complaint and the company’s response.
Based on the documentation reviewed, we independently verified that the transmission was delivered to the customer and that the customer subsequently reported an issue approximately three weeks after receiving the unit. We also verified that supporting photographs and documentation were requested and provided for review.
Our review further confirms that A2Z Used Autos offered the customer a replacement transmission at no additional cost as a proposed resolution. According to the records reviewed, the customer declined the replacement because the transmission had already been installed and instead requested reimbursement for associated labor and installation expenses.
The warranty terms provided for this transaction state that labor and installation costs are not covered under the warranty. Despite this limitation, our review confirms that Miller Auto Parts made an additional effort to resolve the matter by refunding $397.48 in shipping costs from its own funds.
Based on the documentation available to us, the position presented by A2Z Used Autos / Miller Auto Parts is consistent with the transaction records and supporting evidence reviewed by Auto Part Scam Tracker. We did not find documentation in the materials reviewed that contradicts the company’s stated position regarding its warranty coverage, replacement offer, or shipping refund.
Accordingly, Auto Part Scam Tracker considers the company’s response to the complaint to be supported by the documentation reviewed.
We understand that disputes involving automotive parts, installation, and warranty claims can be frustrating for all parties involved. Our role is to review the available information objectively and report our findings based on the evidence provided.
