In June 17, 2020 I ordered from source-auto parts Clutch Wrench and Water Pump Holder Removal bmw Tool SET! ,.from The Source Truck & Auto Parts Canada Ltd. 3 Grovewood street Richmond ON. Market value for set $20-$30 I paid $70.53, because I need it and in description was 2 days shipping . Seller sent me letter about shipping I tried to track my package with different delivery Companies included Canada Post, but it doesn't exist.. Then, they encouraged me to download app on my phone to track my order. I did it, but again I just can see my order and price no tracking. Tried to call them but no answer and , sent e-mail but e-mail wasn't in a service. I understood then it was quarantine everywhere , waited couple weeks and tried to contact them again but nothing. I tried to cancel my order but Nothing!!! Because I paid by Visa I called and spoke with Visa representative and they told me needs to wait 6 weeks or something . After 6 weeks . I spoke with Visa representative again and again and again but nothing. Of the end of those movements Visa open dispute ,they told me then seller sent my package and after 2h ,or miracle I got e-mail from seller my package was sent!!! Actually I not need it any more, and like I said I tried to cancel it. I was tired to dealing with all that staff but maybe will be need it in future so I calm down . But when I opened package I was in shock they put only one piece of metal!!!!!!!!!Not set!!! for $70!? I contacted Visa representative, he told me then they can't do money return until sending the package back with tracking number. I asked him is there any proof that i will send the package will spend money for sending and will not get anything back, will lost money and the package in the same time. Representative assured me that everything will be fine!!!!!. I paid roughly $20 for tracking number sent it back , also informed Visa representative with trucking number.
