I was searching for an auto part the dealer no longer supports I found an online parts locator service and paid 4.99 their fee to do a quick search. I received several text messages letting me know they had the part I needed. So, I returned the first message calling Krypton Auto Parts, By the way I am a 43-year automotive journeyman master mechanic retired I understand parts and people. The owner Peter said he had a good unit and even sent me a picture of a VW Eurovan vin proving now he had the van. His price was 250.00 so I sent the money August 11, 2020 a day later I sent a message asking for a tracking number I was told it would be sent by end of the day, nothing was sent. The morning of August 13 I called asking for a tracking number I was told the part was shipped. Again, I asked for a tracking number and nothing so I called repeatedly, and a recorded message said due to many calls please leave a message or text and we will return your call as soon as possible. I continued for several days. On August 18 after sending an email I received a message sending tracking in a while, I was sent a tracking number, so i went to the shippers online entered the numbers only to find the number was generated thou never sent. So, I called for a few more days with no answers then the phone number was disconnected. At this point I have been had....
