I paid for some used body parts to fit my 2020 Toyota sienna. Insisted that they be paid for upfront. Shortly after I was contacted to tell that one of the parts was damaged and now have to wait for there insurance company to settle with them. And that they would discount the replacement part to 740.00 instead of the 850.00 that I had already paid for on of the parts but would have to pay again for the replacement part and wait for my refund. Every time you call you are put on hold and then hung-up on!
