Made Zelle payment totaling $1,500 to Mechanic shop Low Cali Transmissions 2020 Oceanside Blvd ste. 105 owner Victor Adrian de Leon said out to buy auto parts, for vehicle repair. May 2025 but they never did do any work to such vehicle. This shop has deceitful practices please be aware.
