Ordered a 2010-2014 6.7L Cummins Dodge Ram EGR Delete Kit Throttle Valve Cooler|SPELAB × 1 Black on 5/5/24. Received confirmation that order was being processed. $138.32 was deducted from my account on 5/5/24. We have never received this order. I contacted Fedex and it was reported as unable to deliver and to contact sender for information. I have sent 3 emails to service@spelabautoparts.com requesting a refund or to be notified of the status amd have not received any correspondence.
