Complaint Details

I ordered a motor for a 2007 camry and was told it was coming from Tennessee, had 48,000 miles on it,would be bench tested, and cones with a 1 ywar warranty, and it would take 5-12 days to be shipped. I paid $2,180.00 by credit card and recieved a phone call yesterday that the motor would be delivered today around 5:00 p.m. Today i get a call from the shipper and he is from Gettysburg Pa, the motor has 73,000 miles on it, and he need to be paid for the motor once it arrived. I called him and said the motor was paid in full and the informed me that it was a scam and to get my money back. I called autoparts outlet and they put me on hold for over an hour, however with proof that was giving to me about who they really were and with their correct legal names and addresses they gave me a full refund and said never call back again. Here is the information showing how they scam you
