Called company for engine and install. Scheduled date for engine arrival, date scheduled was a weekend. Day of enjine arrival, no one called or arrived with product to install. Called Monday was informed they don't work the weekends and sales person is out sick. Then requested for refund, was frustrated with lack of communication. They said they will call back in a few mins they had get with sales team. Did not receive call back. So then both my husband and I tried contacting them back. They informed my husband refund is being processed. I called B4 hand in a stern tone wanting an email of confirmation of refund or will be contacting them until my refund is processed. They got in touch with my husband and informed refund is being processed and then sent an email. They LIED never received no email. We been trying call back, now they are forwarding our calls and one line is now disconnected.
