I ordered an engine from Power Gear Auto Parts for the amount of $2,700.00. I was told 2 days shipping for the engine. Called Power Gear 3 days later and was told it would take 15-18 days before shipping due to the engine had to go through diagnostic testing. Every time I called back, I was not able to get an answer on when the engine would arrive. My final call to the company took 10 calls in one day. At this last call, I was told I could get a refund since I did not receive the engine. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried calling back, but this time my phone number was blocked. My cell and work numbers were blocked, along with my boyfriend's cell and work numbers.
