Hello I was on Facebook and I was looking for a transmission for my car and I found this ad there for the transmission and everything’s seem legit, but the only thing I didn’t like the guy wanted me to send a picture of my ID and I said no, so I didn’t do that, but I did give them the address where my debit card was from along with my debit card so they could charge me $890 for a transmission for my Ford edge. It was promised to be delivered within 10 days that was on September 16, 2025. During the past two weeks we have made numerous attempts to contact them. We’ve been given tracking numbers for supposedly AOW logistics. The tracking number is 2067824503. Phone numbers we have used were 307-200-2599, 650-414-4085, 786-741-3764, 786-214-2742. They use different names and make continual failed promises to get back to us. The order number is PC10317. Please note that an email address was never provided by the company; the communication was done via text message but we couldn’t move forward with this complaint without putting in an email address so I used mine. Also, a friend of mine just called them today acting like she was gonna buy a transmission and they are still in business.
